Absolutely loved the room. Large, clean comfortable. Next time we would definitely request an upstairs room as there was a lot of thumping going on late at night above us.

The hot tub was hot. The pool was clean. The court was great due to having my kids with me in my business trip. The breakfast was delicious!

Not a great room on East Side

The hotel is great but our room was not that great. The main door had gaps and there was cold air coming in, we had high winds during our stay in Albuquerque. I requested extra blanket and a sheet to cover the door to block the cold air. Plus the door was not locking properly. There was no extra toilet tissue in the restroom, I had to call front desk again to request.

Not a lot of insulation so you can hear the neighbors and everything happening outside. Smoke alarm went off at 1:30 in the morning one night for no reason. Said they would look at a partial refund but never received any.

I extended my stay for two more nights and they took my card twice for the same extended night and wanted it a third time. I spoke with three different persons who stated my room was booked. The day before my leave they asked me to leave since they claimed I did not have the room booked. It is horrible and I have never had anyone ask me to leave. I am waiting to see what I am charged still.
