The Location and Room price was the reason we chose to stay at the Querque. The Night Desk Clerk refused to answer my phone calls , continually hung up on me when she did manage to answer my phone calls, and lied about doing so , in person, until I called the number while standing at the desk and the desk phone rang - to which she increased her disrespectful and rude verbal abuse . *The Office Manager was apologetic and kind, and promised she would address the poor work behavior of that specific employee AND She Gave us a Full Refund of our room charge./

Room was good-clean and well maintained. Floor was noisy with other guests. Breakfast was minimal, but OK.

The sink in the bathroom leaked and had thr floor soaked.

Friendly reception guy, very helpful. Clean and well appointed room, close to airport and restaurants.
