Briques rouges

Cet hôtel occupe un ancien hangar en briques rouges où on traitait la laine de mouton, très bien aménagé, très beau hall au cœur du centre ville très agréable. La gare ferroviaire possède le quai couvert le plus long d'Australie. Le seul problème de la chambre est la clim qui est dirigée sur le lit

Spacious room and comfy

The room was hot when we arrived and it took some time for the air conditioning to cool the room. The mattress is adequate though I could feel the spring when I slept on it. The hotel room is spacious and clean.

I have stayed in many places in Albury Wodonga that were easily better than this and would suggest avoiding this hotel. The main issue was the room description on the hotel website saying it had a private balcony which is the reason I booked to have a bit of outdoor space while the staff were completely unhelpful and said none of the room type I booked had balconies and it does not matter what their own website says about the room type and it is my fault for relying on the room description from their own website as there is no reason why the website needs to be correct (the room type has now been removed from their own website but still appears on Expedia). Luckily I have the screenshot to follow up further on this misleading advertising. On checking out the manager did apologise but did nothing about it so did not actually feel like an apology.
