The villa is described as bright and luxurious throughout, with beautifully appointed interiors that extend seamlessly to generous outdoor spaces on both floors.

On the main level, the layout opens into a spacious living and dining room featuring satellite TV, with direct access to a terrace and pergola. This floor includes 3 bedrooms, each fitted with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. 1 of these bedrooms measures 35 m2 and benefits from its own private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, as well as a double hand-basin, with direct access to the terrace. The remaining 2 bedrooms on this floor also enjoy direct terrace access. The main level further features a large, open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room and a separate WC complete the facilities on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, a second living and dining room with satellite TV provides an additional communal space, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. This level contains 4 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, all with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. 1 of these bedrooms features its own shower and WC. Rad-Trainingslager

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 12 Personen zum Rad-Trainingslager in dem Haus. Das Haus mit seinem knapp 20 Meter langem Pool, 2 Stockwerken, 2 KĂŒchen, 7 Schlafzimmern etc. ist der Hammer. Die Lage fĂŒr Radausfahrten perfekt geeignet. Jederzeit wieder.
