Welcome to the beach! The apartment is located directly on the magnificent sandy beach of Port d'Alcudia, offering you a spectacular view of the sea! An unforgettable vacation awaits you here, where you can enjoy the stunning beauty of the sea right at your doorstep.

This apartment with modern and tasteful decoration has an area of ​​57 mÂČ and is located directly on the beach and with sea views. With a beautiful living-dining room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms, it offers space for 4 people comfortably and is fully equipped. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, one bathrooms with shower and an open kitchen with living room, satellite TV, WIFI, air conditioning and terrace with beautiful sea views. The complex has 2 large community pools, one of them for children and with direct access to the large sandy beach. It has a green area for children to play. Nearby is a supermarket with fresh bread every day and excellent restaurants with a cozy terrace to enjoy fresh fish or any other Mediterranean dish.

This apartment was fantastic, clean and a brilliant location. Nela and Tonja were very helpful before and during our holiday. We had a toddler with us and having the two swimming pools and being right on the beach was perfect. We are already talking about staying again next year!

Excellent place especially for families

Everything was smooth, from checking to checkout. Tonjia and Nela were amazing and responsive to our messages. The location is excellent with everything you need within a couple of minutes walk. The beach and restaurants nearby are great. We’d definitely go back.

Levede ikke op til forventningerne

Da vi kom, var der brÞdkrummer pÄ gulvet, alle overflader var mÞgbeskidte (nÄr man kÞrte en klud henover blev den helt sort), nÊsten al servicen var mÞgbeskidt (sad indgroet mad fast pÄ tallerkener, bestik og glas). Der var ingen stÞvsuger, sÄ man selv kunne stÞvsuge, der var dog en kost. De fÞrste timer af opholdet blev brugt pÄ at gÞre det hele rent, hvilket selvfÞlgelig ikke var den bedste start pÄ ferien. Da vi oplyste dette til udlejer var svaret blot: ''Det skulle du have fortalt til jeres kontaktperson, sÄ de kunne bestille en ny rengÞring.'' Vi stod midt pÄ eftermiddagen og var trÊtte med to trÊtte bÞrn, sÄ vi var ikke lige klar pÄ selv at forlade lejligheden, hvorfor vi selv gjorde rent. Ydermere, sÄ kan man heller ikke sige at pool omrÄdet lever op til billederne. Alle strandstole ligner, at de har vÊret der siden 2. verdenskrig og er mÞgbeskidte og slidte. Poolen var heller ikke for lÊkker. Til sidst skal det nÊvnes, at vores kontaktperson lovede at vende tilbage mht. om vi kunne fÄ en parkeringsplads ved lejligheden, hvilket hun heller ikke gjorde. Til prisen, sÄ var dette ophold dybt skuffende!

Lovely Apartment and very helpful agent

Had a great time, apartment has everything one would need and very clean. Air conditioning excellent. Great location, no buses or taxis required. Plenty of sun loungers and big pool. Great Holiday. The only downside was the beach was a little smelly, when near the water only. Would highly recommend it.!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Mai 2017 sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist neu renoviert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist sehr schön. Der Strand und ein öffentlicher Parkplatz waren sehr gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank auch an unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. In deutscher Sprache hat sie uns empfangen und sehr gut betreut. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier...

Reiseabschluss auf Mallorca/Alcudia

Nach 4,5 Wochen des "Unterwegssein" haben wir unsere Tour auf Mallorca abgeschlossen, da wir mit einem Kreuzfahrschiff in Palma ankamen. Mit dem angemieteten Auto fuhren wir an einem regnerischen Ankunftstag nach Alcudia zu unserer FeWo, die ich Wochen zuvor gebucht hatte. Mit Frau Henkel, die das ganze Procedere hĂ€ndelte, hatten wir vereinbart, dass wir uns tel. melden, sobald wir angekommen sind. Dies taten wir. Waren frĂŒher als geplant vor Ort und brachten Frau Henkels Ablauf etwas durcheinander. Sie menagte das jedoch sportlich, ĂŒbergab uns die Wohnung, erklĂ€rte alles perfekt (zudem Sie gebĂŒrtige SchwĂ€bin war, was uns gleich symphatisch war) und brachte uns aus ihrem Garten frische Zitronen und Orangen mit. Eine Papageienblume war zur Verschönerung auch mit in ihrem Willkommenspaket. Zudem gab sie uns einige gute Anregungen fĂŒr Sightseeing, was uns sehr gut gefiel. Vielen Dank Frau Henkel, wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.
