We stayed off season (end of October), stiol had a great time, a lot less busy but hotel was lovely and spotless and there were still day trips we could do, we might have got lucky with the weather. All the UK freeview channels were available on the 50" TVs in tge apartment for the few hours it did rain.

I stayed at Bamboo Hotel in October and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a bottle of wine and a personal welcome note in my room — a thoughtful gesture that made me feel very welcome.The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's boths swimming pools were nice; although the water was a little cold, it did not affect my enjoyment. The location is excellent — only a 5-minute walk from a stunning 14 km sandy beach, and with shops and restaurants located right next to the hotel, everything you need is close by.My room was modern, quiet, and very comfortable, with an excellent bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options each morning. Bamboo Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m not one to write a lot of reviews but i felt like this place deserved it. The people working reception were amazing. i’m awful with names but Mateusz was one of the front desk workers and was so helpful and very polite. Then in the dinning room area there were a couple guys that worked there that were awesome. you could talk to them like you’re friends. his name was Manu. Food was great, breakfast was amazing. Alot of food options. Only flaw was the design of the smaller room. the bathroom privacy situation doesn’t exist so i’d only get that room if you’re comfortable with the person you’re with. but that wouldn’t stop me from going back. just something to note bus stop is a 2minute walk away so easy to get to and from the airport. also easy to travel around on the bus.

A very nice modern hotel with lovely staff. Great breakfast selection and you can eat it on the wonderful open air terrace. Nice pool. Some noisy karaoke nearby which needs sorting. I would choose a high room or one in the front most building on the waterfront.

A really pleasant stay from check-in to departure. All staff members were courteous and friendly. The room was compact but fine for me as I was a solo traveller. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice. Pool was very quiet and sunbeds were always available when I returned to the hotel in the late afternoon. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break.

I had a great stay here, the hotel is immaculate with good attention to detail, all the staff are really friendly and the facilities are great too. I used the gym most mornings and although it was pretty basic it was good enough to tick most boxes. They have two pool areas that are nice if you want to have a chill day & it’s nice that they provide you with pool towels. Onto the food, breakfast is amazing and they have everything you could imagine and I’d recommend going half board or all inclusive as the dinner spread is so so good, so much to choose from and it’s a different theme every night, it was hard to stop eating and i was blown away every night of how good it was. I send my praises out to the restaurant staff that are all really nice and welcoming but I’d like to give special thank you to Christina, she has such an endearing soul and the hotel should feel blessed to have her on the cards.

We really liked it here it met expectations per hotel descriptions. It is clean and modern and comfortable. Our room was serviced every day. The staff are super-friendly. It is lovely around both pools - so quiet too. The facilities on offer were good - we didn't use the restaurant but did use the bar, food shack and in-house coffee and cake cafe. We know Alcudia very well and mainly went to the beach and we also enjoyed a leisurely walk to the port in the evening for our main meal and the hotel was well-placed for this. We only have one criticism which didn't really detract from the holiday, it is just personal preference, and that was the fact that the bathroom was a bit too much a part of the room rather than being separated off. It was all a bit "continental" for us. We would definitely come back again though and highly recommend it.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pools were lovely. The poolside staff and lifeguard constantly tidied, and cleaners were always busy keeping the hotel spotless. The breakfast options were fantastic, and there were lots of options for dinner. My room overlooked a building site, but the room itself was lovely. The only thing my friends felt could be improved was the lobby chairs and the outside area at the front of the hotel. The chairs were quite uncomfortable and would have benefited from back cushions. Aside from that minor observation, the hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely visit this hotel chain again.

I had such a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, they really made me feel comfortable as a solo traveller. The pool and gym facilities were excellent, and the hotel is in a great location for exploring Alcúdia. I also really enjoyed the buffet style food, great variety. Theft from Room + Expedia Failed to Act. We stayed at THB Bamboo Hotel Alcudia and had valuables stolen from our locked room during a one-hour absence. My wife’s diamond bracelet and cash were taken, and our passports and cards were left scattered on the floor. We immediately reported this to the hotel. Instead of helping, the hotel: • Refused to show us the entry log they claimed to have checked • Started playing CCTV with us present, then asked us to leave • Hours later claimed the footage was “encrypted” and could not be shown • Brushed us off the next morning We filed an official police report: Reference No. 115644/25 (Spanish National Police). I booked through Expedia expecting at least basic safety and support. Expedia, however, told me they “cannot assist in this matter” and refused any compensation or accountability, even though they continue to list this property. Their customer service admitted the review process could take over 45 working days and gave no guarantees. As NHS and legal professionals with no motive to fabricate this, I find it appalling that both the hotel and Expedia failed in their duty of care. Guests should be aware that if something like this happens, Expedia will do nothing for you.
