This charming villa in the area of Bonaire is located very close to the ancient walled city of Alcudia.
The beautiful beach of the 'Mal Pas', the extensive and sandy beaches of the Alcudia bay and the famous golf course in Aucananda are a short drive away. The north of the island offers many attractions, apart from sandy beaches and the sea as plenty of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. throughout the year. The villa with a well kept garden has 4 double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and private pool (8x4 meters).
Distribution:
On the ground floor there is a living room with a door to the living room on the right side. The living room is bright and comfortable, with sofas, air conditioning, a large fireplace and patio doors open onto a shaded terrace and ping-pong
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. It also has a comfortable breakfast area.
The bedrooms are all located on the left side of the main entrance.
Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.25 € / Kw to pay at departure.
Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
