Details make the difference

The room was clean but smelled musty. The bed closest to the window made a noise every time I got up or down, like the base wasn't level. Finally, the a/c unit made a vibrating noise every time it cycled on, which kept me awake for a while. The staff was very friendly.

We had absolutely no problems with our stay. Our room was spotless with plenty of room. The king size bed was very comfortable with several nice pillows. The bathroom was exceptionally clean & spacious. The continental breakfast had many items to choose from & was good & hot. The property itself was very clean & staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay at this location again.

This was by far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Usually we stay at higher end hotels, but chose this one for the convenience. We were very pleasantly surprised. There was nothing I could complain about.

Two issues were immediate. the bathroom door squeaked and, more important, the bed had a metal apron around the mattress platform. Every time we got into bed or moved afterwards, a high pitched drum sounded! Housekeeping almost immediately dealt with the door but nothing could be done about the drum sound. Put up with it for 5 nights. Lastly, there was a prominent clamminess in the room and on furniture surfaces. Couldn't figure out why until right before we left, we noticed the bathroom vent motor never came on! Code violation? Maybe the moisture from showering accounted for this condition. We unfortunately didn't notify staff. Despite these issues, we would stay again.

The room served its purpose. It was just ok. Room was marked non smoking but the smell of smoke was definitely pungent in that room. Also AC fan was so loud when it was running, but the air definitely worked cuz it stayed cold! I feel like we got what we paid for.

Beyond friendly and accommodating staff. As someone who often visits family in the area, I can genuinely say this place has the nicest staff of any business in town. The rooms are decent, towels and linens clean, and the breakfast is great. I won't stay anywhere else from now on!
