After a day exploring the island, you can unwind in the refreshing chlorine pool, measuring 7.5m x 3.5m with a depth ranging from 0.90m to 2m. The pool is safely enclosed by a fence for the little ones' protection. Nearby, several sun loungers invite you to relax and soak up the sunshine. Beyond the pool area, expansive green spaces offer a peaceful retreat, with plenty of room for children to play. The cozy porch features a dining table, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals, including tasty barbecued meats and vegetables.

The interior spans two floors and features a rustic yet practical design, providing all the comforts of home. Upon entering, you'll find a spacious open-plan area that combines the kitchen and the living-dining room with air conditioning. The gas kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for convenient cooking, while the living-dining area includes a satellite TV for your entertainment. On this floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Upstairs, you'll discover a second living room with cozy sofas, perfect for relaxing or spending time with your companions. Three additional bedrooms are also located on this floor: one with two single beds and two with double beds. Each bedroom includes a fan and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes the upper floor. For guests traveling with a baby, a cot and highchair can be provided.

The house is situated on the outskirts of the village, with all essential amenities nearby, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and small shops, making it ideal for a self-sufficient stay. In Algaida, market day is on Fridays, offering a perfect opportunity to buy fresh local produce. While there, you can explore the town center and experience a typical Mallorcan village. From Algaida, you can easily visit other charming towns like Montuiri and Randa. The nearest beach, Arenal in Palma, offers a lively atmosphere, while other stunning beaches like Cala Pi and Es Trenc are also within reach. For golf enthusiasts, the nearest course is just 15 km away.
