Located in Alto do Moinho, a privileged position above the Old Town, beaches and new Marina, this one-bedroom semi-detached house is a true tranquillity refuge. With an exquisite decoration, it offers all the comforts of a home, ensuring an unforgettable stay. Upon entering through the private entrance on the ground floor, you will be received by a spacious living, dining and kitchen area in an open plan. The spacious living room features a 70" Smart TV and patio doors that open onto the terrace, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. In addition, the living area includes a sofa bed.



On the upper floor, there is a charming sun-drenched terrace, a room with a balcony and a comfortable double bed, along with a wardrobe to store your belongings conveniently. The complete bathroom features a generous shower, double washbasin, bidet, toilet and a washing machine for the guests' greater convenience.

The accommodation is superb. Best property we have stayed in as a family with kids and all our bookings are minimum 4*. Lovely ground terrace for dining, plus roof terrace with sunbeds. Way modern and feels like home. The owner has gone all out to make the place feel like home. The location is tricky with a baby buggy, if walking to beach, restaurants and shops as route is steep with steps. We had one but our youngest was able to get out and walk in these areas. The pool is nice with plenty of sunbeds and the connecting bar/restaurant is perfect too. Very easy to get around with Uber is going further a field, otherwise all local needs are only 10mins walk
