**TOURIST TAX**
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.

We had a fantastic time staying in Villa Anacari. The Villa is really spacious, perfect for the 9 of us. The marina is a pleasant 10 minute walk. The nearest supermarket (spar) we found was a 7 minute walk.

The Villa was perfect in every way 5 good bedrooms 3 good bathrooms 1 on suite the kitchen had everything you needed pool table good lounge area with tv down the spiral staircase great pool maybe too deep for young kids great sun bathing area and good barbecue good area’s to get out of the sun bar just across the street and a nice steady walk to the harbour and all other amenities and Paulo was always on hand if we had any problems he kept in contact and arranged our transfers from the airport it was perfect for me and my friends thinking of going back next year cheers Paulo

Moradia muito antiga, limpeza e manutenção degradada - potencialmente boa

A casa não cumpriu com a expectativa nem mínimos exigidos para este tipo de alojamento com os valores envolvidos/praticados. A casa encontrava-se globalmente suja, ou seja, não era num processo de mudança de hóspedes, que seria possível efetuar uma limpeza adequada às necessidades. No momento da chegada (16h) verificámos que o processo de limpeza estaria longe de estar acabado, o que se prolongou até às 19h00, com recursos humanos e de logística limitados e não adequados para as necessidades. É evidente uma infestação de formigas nos espaços exteriores e interiores (quartos e WCs incluídos). O pátio e zona de churrasqueira estava muito suja, e ralo exterior entupido e completamente sujo, tendo sido a limpeza efetuada por nós. A vegetação existente (as fotos não estão atualizadas) obriga a uma limpeza diária da zona da piscina. Piso da piscina muito escorregadio e sem proteção de crianças. Filtros do AC sem limpeza. Autoclismo dos WCs do Rch estão sempre a deitar água, para além do desperdício é o barulho incomodativo. Misturadoras do WC do rch avariadas não permitindo regular a temperatura da água (lavatório e banheira). Necessidade de insonorização da corete de águas AA e AR embutidas no armário da suite do Rch.
