Modern and spacious apartment with kitchen equipped with small balcony in the kitchen, a double bedroom, living room / dining room with three single beds and sofa, internet wi-fi, flat TV, cable TV, air conditioning and parking place . The apartment is very well located in a new town, is about 100 meters from the garden and the river Guadiana tour where you can walking, cycling and fishing. Supermarket, bakery, cafes, restaurants and all kinds of trade are around 150 m.
This area of the Algarve has some fabulous beaches and where the sea water in the warmer months and gets to have 25 degrees. The nearest beach is 4 km 2.
The apartment is very cozy and spacious, has a double bedroom, living room, kitchen with balcony and spacious bathroom.
In the bedroom is a double bed, wardrobe and drawers with plenty of storage to put your belongings in the room there is a sofa, a dining area with table and chairs, television and two beds, one single and one extensible to double bed .
