A lovely 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with a private good sized back garden. Located in the much sought after area of Porto de Mós, just 700 metres from the beautiful beach of the same name where you will find 2 lovely restaurants.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has an ensuite with a hidro-bath, the 2nd bedroom has the use of the 2nd shower room. Both bedrooms have Air Con, fitted wardrobes and patio windows.

The kitchen is bright and practical and has the usual "mod cons", such as washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. There is also a large terrace off the kitchen which enjoys views to the gardens of the neighbouring condominium and catches the late afternoon sun making it ideal for eating al fresco.

The lounge / dining room benefits from views of the pool. The terrace off the lounge has a private gate which leads directly onto the pool area making it an ideal choice for those families with young children as you are able to sit on the terrace and still keep an eye on them at all times. There is free Wi-Fi via a 4G router.

The lounge has two comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, TV, DVD, Digital receiver, Air con and dining for 6. A cot with mattress can be provided if requested.

The condominium has a beautiful free form pool, Jacuzzi and landscaped gardens and pool shower.

The city walls of Lagos are just 1.9 km from the apartment (a 4 minute drive). From there you can park and walk straight in the town’s Historical centre and explore its myriad of cobbled streets. And for golfers, Boavista Golf course just a 3 minute drive will bring you to Boavista Golf course making this apartment an ideal holiday get away for all.
