A very pleasant apartment that is conveniently situated in the village of Alvor in a complex called Vila da Praia.

This 1st floor apartment is accessed by lift or stairs. It is comfortably furnished throughout with air conditioning, WIFI and comprises of a good size lounge that is open to the kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is generally well equipped for self-catering. The lounge has seaview’s via patio doors which lead out to the terrace.

This is a really great property, a must for families or friends, the location is perfect, just far enough away from the centre of the village and sandy beaches.

The charming village of Alvor, with your myriad of streets full of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops and your neighbourhood 'Riverside' recently renovated, is a 1-minute walk. Da Praia Rocha is also about the same distance, where you can find your beautiful beach, the long promenade, Casino, restaurants, bars and the marina of Portimao, with your regular port of call for cruise ships.
