The hotel did really well as a base for a city break. The staff are friendly and were really great at poiting out places to visit and places to eat. The hotel is a little dated but also undergoing renovation. For the price, it was excellent value for money.

I’ve been coming to Faro for many years but normally stay out at the beach (praia de Faro). This year decided to stay in Faro Town and chose the Best Western! Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel, clean, comfortable & very convenient! Staff were excellent and very helpful! Didn’t bother with breakfast as there are such lovely cafes al fresco in the Old Town! Will certainly stay there again! 👍

It was nice and centrally located, within walking distance of many landmarks. The staff , especially Alexandra, were very friendly and helpful. All were anxious to answer our requests for places to visit and eat for an authentic experience

Great hotel

Lovely hotel and the staff were amazing and friendly. My only concern is the noise from other rooms. Floors are tiled in each room so the noise of moving furniture really is loud.

Good stay for a couple of nights. Tea coffee facilities, comfi mattress, walkable to town centre and safe area.
