The fresh interior décor includes a spacious lounge and terrace overlooking the sparkling swimming pool encircled by secure gardens. A short walk leads you to a super collection of restaurants, artisan shops and the ferry boat to the golden sands and vibrant waters of Tavira Beach Island…all waiting to be explored and enjoyed.



This delightful townhouse offers an impressive living design encompassing 4 floors. The ground entrance hall has a private closed garage space with a staircase leading to the main living room that welcome its visitors with simple yet fresh furnishings. Comfy sofas, a dining table and large sliding windows lead to a poolside patio, perfect for breakfast or enjoying the late afternoon sun, overlooking the enclosed and well-tended pool and gardens where children can play safely. This level also has a generous kitchen, fully equipped, with all major appliances and a guest cloakroom. A second staircase leads to sunny master bedroom overlooking the swimming pool, with an ensuite shower room, accompanied by 2 further twin/double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The final staircase leads to the superb roof terrace with its panoramic views, offering a perfect haven for sunworshippers, or a place to dine under the stars.



This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The townhouse is on 4 levels and has 3 internal staircases. Private parking is available in the private garage, or on street is required, without a charge. The walk into town is around 15 minutes, please note however that access is by stairs from the complex to the riverside which may not be ideal for elderly or walking difficulties.
