There is one bathroom, which is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it. The kitchen is also new and  American style with a bar, induction bookplate, dishwasher, micro wave, oven, and fridge. Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer washingmachine and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. Min. stay is 5 nights, longterm (max 10 months) rent if available is possible. From 25 th september high Golf season starts. ATTENTION : THERE IS A CLEANING FEE OF 50 EURO. So its clean when you enter and when the next guest arrives.
