Located just 1.5 km from the center of Alhaurín de la Torre and a twenty-minute drive from the historic center of Malaga, this house is the perfect choice for a group of 6 people who want to rest, without giving up the possibility of discovering the charms of the Costa del Sol.
The cozy interior area of the house has a living room with television with Google Chromecast and fireplace, a reading room with a wood stove and a fully equipped independent kitchen, with all the necessary utensils to enjoy your stay without missing anything.
The house has fiber optic internet, 300 MB speed.
The house's six guests can rest in the three bedrooms provided. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has a private bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, share the use of the second bathroom in the house, with a bathtub.
The bedrooms are opened according to the number of people who reserve the house. To open the third bedroom, you will have to pay the price for 6 people.
The three bedrooms, the reading room and the living room have hot/cold air conditioning.
The outdoor area has a porch with an outdoor table, where you can sit and enjoy the tranquility. Steps connect the porch to the patio with pool, sun loungers, parasol and outdoor dining area, shaded by a tree. The house also has a portable barbecue.

Beautiful Property tranquil area
Everything you need for a great holiday.
The area is peaceful and just a short drive to the beaches.
Lovely outside area with plenty of choice for seating.
The house itself has so much space and all the things you need to self cater.
Carlos was in touch to arrange meeting and was very amenable.
All together a wonderful time.
We had twins that were provided with highchairs and cots and plastic crockery and cutlery.

Very Nice host and superb location
We were there for one week end of februari. The location is lovely to sit outside in the sun and enjoying the kids to play in the big garden. Carlos the host and owner of the place is very kind and helpfull. He picked us up at the meeting point and told Isala about what we had to know.

Das Haus ist super gepflegt, sehr sauber und für 6 Personen auch wirklich ausreichend groß. Dreimal pro Woche kommt morgens ganz früh ein Gärtner der die Außenanlage und den Pool sauber macht. Diese Aktion läuft so ruhig und leise ab, dass man erst beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse merkt, dass er da war.
Der Vermieter, Carlos, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns ist z. B. ein Sonnenschirm kaputt gegangen und wir haben gleich am nächsten Tag einen neuen bekommen bzw. der alte wurde repariert. Außerdem hat uns Carlos mit frisch geernteten Feigen aus seinem eigenen Garten versorgt, worüber wir uns natürlich sehr gefreut haben.
Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.
