This cosy rural house in Alhaurín el Grande is ideal for families of up to 4 people who want a peaceful and fun getaway in the heart of nature. With a plot surrounded by green spaces, it offers a private swimming pool and children's play area, combining relaxation and entertainment for the whole family. Its strategic location allows easy access to nature trails, shops, restaurants and the urban centre, making it easy to enjoy both rural tranquillity and nearby services.



The house has two bedrooms distributed over two floors: one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and another attic-style bedroom on the upper floor with two individual nest-type beds, accessible via a staircase from the living room. The living-dining room is bright and modern, connected to an American kitchen fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances (induction, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker (Italian and Nespresso), toaster and more), ideal for preparing your meals with comfort.



The accommodation has heating, air conditioning, WiFi internet access, washing machine, iron, hairdryer and a spacious garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, the plot is fenced for greater security and has open-air parking in the same building. The mountain views and proximity to iconic places such as golf courses, water parks, beaches and renowned cities make this house perfect for disconnecting and exploring the area.
