It has three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen and high-speed internet connection alongside a Smart TV 📺. Air conditioning with cold/heat ensures a comfortable stay at any time of the year.

The exterior is a truly relaxing and leisure space: a private swimming pool surrounded by garden with sunbeds, a Balinese bed to enjoy the sun and a children's area for the little ones 👶. It also has a gas barbecue and a covered porch, ideal for outdoor meals with family or friends 🍖🌞. The plot is fenced and has private parking for two vehicles, providing security and comfort.



Located in a quiet rural area, the house is near the Kadampa Meditation Center and Lauro Golf course, just 200 meters away, ideal for golf lovers ⛳. Additionally, it is a few kilometers from the towns of Alhaurín de la Torre and Alhaurín el Grande, where you can enjoy local gastronomy and Andalusian charm. The proximity to the beach (15 km from Torremolinos), Málaga airport (16 km), and attractions such as the Aqualand water park or Tívoli World amusement park make this house a perfect base for exploring the Costa del Sol and its surroundings 🌊✈️.



The American kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, covering all the needs to prepare your favourite meals 🍳. In addition, the house offers heat pump heating, hair dryer and satellite television with several languages available (Spanish, German, Dutch and French), so that you feel at home 🌍.
