The pool, situated on high ground, requires supervision for the little ones, ensuring calm and safe moments for everyone.
Next to the pool, a garden with a lush ornamental tree and outdoor furniture creates an intimate and relaxing space. Additionally, you will be able to enjoy a spacious barbecue area, ping-pong table, and a comfortable porch from where you can watch the children while they have fun running.
Inside, the villa offers a spacious living-dining room with a television and a sofa bed, perfect for resting or accommodating two more people.
