Villa Huerta de las Rosas is a luxury farmhouse with history dating back to 1890, completely renovated in 2021 to combine its rustic charm with modern amenities. Located on a private plot of 1,300 m², this holiday villa with a private pool offers an ideal space to disconnect and enjoy with family or friends. The property stands out for its sunny outdoor pool, surrounded by gardens, a pergola with a table for outdoor dining and a covered area with a barbecue and support kitchen for unforgettable moments. The little ones have their own independent children's park, ensuring fun for everyone. The private and landscaped access provides a welcome of tranquillity, privacy and elegance.

Inside, the villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a reception area, a living room with a fireplace and Smart TV, an independent kitchen with dining area and a spacious full bathroom. On the upper floor, there are 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 2 with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower, all air-conditioned and with double glazing for optimal thermal and acoustic insulation. Additionally, the villa offers free Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation and ample private parking, facilitating comfort and connectivity during your stay. It is located just 5 minutes by car from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, allowing you to combine rural relaxation with proximity to services and activities.

Fantastic, spacious and well appointed villa for a family holiday. Pool area is lovely for both sun and shade seekers. Nice views in this quiet but convenient location. Great access to golf courses. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

It was a great stay

It was a great stay. All of our needs were met. The property was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. We stayed for a week and it was a great location to hit different cities every day. The washer and dryer were nice to have along with the outside living area. The house was surrounded by avocado and orange orchards as an added bonus.

We had an excellent time at the villa. Really well equipped and very clean on arrival. Check-in was easy and Ismael was friendly and gave us all the info we needed. It's very peaceful and has excellent outdoor space while also being very comfortable inside. Little touches like pool towels were great. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the future

This was a great villa

This was a great villa. The actual villa surpassed the pictures. beautiful views and amenities. It was close to a town and Málaga was about a 25 min drive away. Only drawback is public transport/taxis were not super reliable. Would recommend a car for the location. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing 7 days at this Villa

We had an amazing 7 days at this Villa. The pool, villa and all amenities were exceptional. The two enormous (brand new) fridge freezers, the wealth of pots and pans, crockery and equipment. Coffee maker etc made our stay very comfortable. The air conditioning in each room was also very welcome given the temperature outside. Close enough to the town to grab a taxi in to the supermarketto local restaurants but also the villa is on the main drag into town and there is a bus stop right outside the villa with busses running every 20 minutesso. Perfect for a family holiday away from it all.

We had a wonderful time at the house

We had a wonderful time at the house. We were four couples and three babies and the house didn’t feel crowded at all. The kitchens were very well equipped (including two refrigerators) and the bbq area was very spacious. Air conditioning worked well in every room and common areas and the park for children was great. Great communication with host, who was very accommodating. We asked for three cribs and three high chairs for the children and they provided all. The swimming pool area was very comfortable and well preserved. Highly recommended!

Lots of positives just a couple niggles

The villa was lovely. The bedrooms were immaculate. The showers were fantastic with good water pressure. Lounge area clean and comfy. Terrace area and bbq also very good. Oranges were amazing. Overall really fantastic holiday. Loungers by the pool were pretty old and tatty. The indoor spa pool could not really be used. The water was pretty thick with chlorine so couldn’t really be used. One the first day an aircon unit leaked onto the Wi-Fi router and it took almost a full week to be repaired but that didn’t really impact our holiday. The kitchens had lots of utensils, plates, glasses etc but they could have been a little cleaner.
