This charming villa located at the foot of the Sierra de Mijas offers a quiet and comfortable environment for up to 6 people, with an option for 7 with a supplement. It has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace that invites relaxation, a bathroom with a shower and an external toilet for greater convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle and kitchen utensils.



Enjoy a spacious private garden with a beautiful illuminated swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor gazebo and barbecue area, perfect for leisure moments and outdoor gastronomy. In addition, it has parking for several vehicles and mosquito nets throughout the house for your comfort.

Great villa with amazing pool and beautiful mountain view. Arrive and departure was without any problem. The house is big, ideal for 6 people stay. Very good barbecue area. For stay in this Villa car is necessary. We are very happy, that we choose Villa Ruiz.

The views are exceptional. The property is large and from the covered veranda you get to survey the mountains in the distance over a spectacular. The airconditioning is really efficient and a life saver. The host is exceptionally attentive and responsive.

Outdoor space was fabulous and in such a quiet location too. Close enough to town, with an incredible selection of restaurants and coffee shops. Our hosts were super pleasant and friendly. Communication was excellent and we thank them for their hospitality. We visit the area frequently and are confident of a return visit to Villa Ruiz. Highly recommended...... No real requests for any improvements. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!
