All the easentials were great - location, cleanliness, service. Overall a bit dated, but perfectly reasonable for the price. would stay again

Very dated hotel, staff not very sociable, cleaning staff not very good, never changed bedding once even after I cut myself on second night and got blood on sheets still made beds up with same sheets for the rest of my stay or cleaned the balcony, only one plug in room, wouldn’t stay again.

For a room for a night its fine, but i wouldnt recommended this hotel for anything longer than that. The location was good, but the room was extremely data, the shower head was broken, and overall the room just didn’t feel all that clean.

Filthy bedroom and bathroom. AC wasnt working at all and rooms very hot. Could hear everything from the rooms either side and not pleasant place to stay

A great stay

The location of the Hotel is excellent with great transport links to the airport. It is within easy walking distance to the sea, and has a wide variety of shops nearby. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was very good and I particularly liked the fact that you could get your breakfast from 0730 hours. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English - it was much better than my limited Spanish. When I come back to Alicante, I will again book this hotel.

Decent location, but...Unfortunately, the room was very dated, and not very clean. They still use old fashioned keys that hang behind the front desk! And only one single power outlet in the entire room made it difficult to power and charge anything, though they did give us an additional power strip. The breakfast buffet was the only redeeming feature. We would not stay here again.

Excellent

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago. Since then there have been massive improvements in renovations and cleanliness. Service was excellent.. i arrived after 10pm to check in and was going to go out for a drink and snack. The receptionist offered me a drink and a snack in the bar so I didn't have to go out. I was very impressed at the service especially being tired after travelling all day. Great value rates too.

Excellent location, but dated motel standards

Excellent location. Individual air-conditioning unit, mini fridge in the room and full scale bath. Overbooked during the weekend so there's no chance of late check-out, at extra cost. Basically entire building worn-out and dated. Avoid accommodation on the first floor, noisy, terrible musty smell. Also be aware of constant noise, rolled trolleys and bushed doors in the morning.

Good hotel for the money. It could do with a little revamp, as it still has very 1980s vibe with visible wear and tear. Breakfast was very limited, but the room was big and clean with spacious bathroom, A/C was working, and the staff was friendly. Also very conveniently located.
