While the beds were fairly comfortable and clean, the room itself was a bit off putting. The caulking around the toilet looked like a child had done it, a hole in the wooden closet door was repaired with spackle. There was excess spackle on the bathroom wall and the floors were sticky. We didn’t partake of the breakfast, but it did smell good and from what I saw looked good. The grounds were well maintained, however there were no garbage cans at the door or in the area

A little dated, but great overall

Service was amazing. The wooded courtyard is gorgeous and truly pet friendly. The halls were a little dirty/had an odd smell and had a bunch of stairs so they were a little difficult for my disabled mother to navigate. However, the room was clean and perfect for our needs.

Despite all the positive reviews on this hotel, I can tell you that most people are either lying or they have very low standard. The hotel stink (pee, mold, wet carpet) and had a lot of peeling paint. One of the elevators was not working and it was very sketchy. The beds were extremely hard to sleep on and very uncomfortable. The only thing that I will not complain about is the breakfast which was delicious.
