Deteriorated & poorly managed

Your front desk clerk turned my wife's request for the location of ice into misdirection that ran my wife in circles. After several attempts, the front desk clerk finally walked us to the first floor and walked to a door where the ice was located after showing her the first floor previouly without pointed out that location. She visited several floors to solve a simple problem. She was worn down chasing ice. 2) I went out to an all day event and my wife stayed in the room until 11 am. We received a knock on the door my maid service to at 8:30 am. My wife told them she would leave at 11 am. We returned that night and room was not made up. Asked front desk to provide towels and toilet paper. I had to go down to pick them up and your polite front desk clerk had to pick them up herself. The hotel rooms and facilities are beat up and worn despite being advertised as renovated. The hotel is under staffed. Stayed a few years ago and the hotel has deterioted and is poorly managed.

I cannot recommend this hotel… I was traveling with a friend who requires a wheelchair. I had a mobility accessible room. However, it was not accessible from the lobby because there was no elevator location there. You had to go down six stairs. That was impossible. It meant again, taking my friend to the car, getting her situated, packing up the heavy wheelchair and driving around the side of the Hotel To a wing that had a ramp access and access to an elevator. Also, breakfast was in the lobby, and therefore she could not get there without again exiting the building. Morning, routines, prohibited, that. I think the hotel should clearly state on its website that it’s not a good fix for someone who requires a wheel wheelchair.
