Caparica Beach Apartment 2 by HOST-POINT

Fantastic ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and a small patio for surfboards with an outside shower 200 meters from the beach, Surf, Centro da Costa and Transportes to Lisbon. Broadband wifi throughout the space.

The space, recently remodeled, is prepared for a relaxed and comfortable family stay, privileging the proximity to the beaches and the center of Costa de Caparica. One room has a double bed and the other room has a bunk bed with two single beds. The kitchenette in the Kitchenette is fully equipped, includes washing machine and dishwasher, and the living room has a flat screen TV and a dining area. In the bathroom with a spacious shower you will also have the Hair Dryer available. It also has a small patio that shares with another apartment where you will find an outside shower, a hammock and an outside dining area. There is broadband wifi throughout the space.

The apartment is completely private in its interior facilities, including the attic balcony. The patio is shared with guests of the upper floor apartment.

We will welcome you in person whenever possible, introduce you to the house, the nearest points of interest and local suggestions. We will always be close by and available to resolve issues and live together whenever work permits.

Because we are registered accommodation, it is important that guests consider and comply with the established rules providing an excellent experience for everyone, guests, hosts, neighbors and the community.

Costa de Caparica is a small fishing town known for its more than 20 kilometers of golden sandy beaches (among which the naturists Belavista, 19 and Meco), which invite you to surf, the refreshing and fun summer baths and the long and relaxing walks by the sea during winter. Xávega art, beach sports championships, summer shows and proximity to Lisbon are also attractive for those who enjoy Caparica. It is a very small, flat, very safe city, where we can easily move on foot, by bicycle or other non-motorized means.

The flat feature of Costa de Caparica allows everything to be within walking distance, from a promenade by the sea, to restaurants, supermarkets, bars, local parks and bus stops. The bicycle and the small train from the beaches are also options to get to know the entire coastal area. The downtown and Lisbon airport are about 25km, approximately 1h (2h to the airport) by public transport or 30 minutes by car (Depending on the time). There is some free public parking on the street, subject to availability, which is not possible to book and is more scarce in high season.
