The property is divided into two independent apartments, each with its own separate entrance. We rent the ground-floor apartment to short-term guests, while the upper floor is rented for a long-term stay.
The property is located on the first floor, with complimentary parking on the street, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the surrounding areas and a shared backyard, offering a tranquil spot to relax.
The apartment features an open space design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. The living room features a convertible sofa bed and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The adjoining dining room invites you to gather around a table for six.Â
There is also a washer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. Additionally, a dishwasher is available, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal.
There are two bedrooms furnished with a queen sizes beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
Please note that there is construction work nearby, which may cause some daytime noise.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED X per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
Kindly note that the minimum age for check-in is 18.
