Lovely friendly pub, very comfy bedroom. Staff were amazing , could not do enough for you. Excellent food , both at breakfast and on an evening. Will definitely visit again.

We arrived for a few days as we had never visited this part of the country before! Good food,great welcome,lovely room with quality little extras,shower cream,shampoo,conditioner,a tray with an array of teas,coffees,even hot chocolate. Amazing stay! Comfortable bed, delicious food, friendly staff. Cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay here. Only one night but wish we could have stayed for more. They changed our room to one with a bathtub easily, the room was spacious the staff was kind and the room warmed up nicely to enjoy a rainy evening in. They had everything we needed for a wonderful night. Would stay here again in a heart beat

What a find on our driving trip around Northumbria! Beautiful rooms in a small pub. The food in the pub was fantastic (so much so we ate there both nights of our stay) and the staff were just brilliant. The included breakfast was incredible! It was a great location for exploring the surrounding area like Alnwick and Bamburgh castles. Highly recommend it and we would definitely stay there again if travelling to that part of the UK.

Accommodation and food excellent

We enjoyed our recent stay here. The room was excellent with a spotless new bathroom and comfortable bed. Better pillows would have been nice but not a problem for a short stay. The food was very good but the service rather slow. We weren't in any hurry but 30-40 minutes to produce breakfast after ordering seemed a bit excessive. Staff were all very friendly and helpful so positive overall.

The pub hotel has been modernised. Room was very smart. Bathroom spacious and modern. Food was excellent. Only area of improvement would be to start breakfast earlier - 8.30 is too late!

Percy Arms sits within a farming landscape clustered within a village of beautiful stone buildings. It's presence is solid and homely. The room was large and welcoming with beautiful linens and finish. The bath was vast and luxurious. Here was the only true King Sized bed I was treated to in the UK. Thanks for the comfort you've placed here for travelers like me! The care and attention you put into your property is unmistakable and appreciated!
