Beautiful, cosy house "Mi Ami", 3 storeys. In the centre of Altea, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. Bus stop 500 m, railway station 700 m. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Les Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest. Please note: not suitable for children under 2 years.
"Mi Ami", 4-room house 240 m2 on 3 levels. Object suitable for 4 adults. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living room with digital TV and fan. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with fan. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Upper floor: living/dining room with air conditioning and forced-air heating with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating.
