Incroyable

10/10. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The pool, the garden area, the whole setting... stunning. Dinner was heavenly. Delicious and original dishes. Incredible experience all round. Will be coming back.

Very nice little place with pool and restaurant that are wonderful. Rooms are comfy and just what was needed. My brother had an issue with his bed as the queen was actually two twin beds, that moved apart in the middle of the night. Property is very nice though wifi is very weak, so be prepared to disconnect.

Great stay and location. Very comfortable beds and beautiful setting. Customer service at restaurant not so great. Paid for the breakfast which didnt offer much for the money and seeing a espresso machine asked for a coffee but was told to serve myself out of the automated machine while staff were making themselves coffees from the espresso machine! 🤔

What a beautiful hotel! We loved the peaceful surroundings, the terrace and the pool. The sofa-bed wasn't very big for our two teenagers. Fortunately we had an inflatable camping mattress in the car for one of them, and the hotel gave us some more sheets. We would have like two more mirrors in the room - there was only one and it was in the bathroom. We appreciated some gluten-free toast for breakfast. Maybe you could expand this provision? The staff were superb - very friendly and professional. We had a lovely stay at this special place.

Quiet and relaxing

Our family (3 teens) stayed in 2 rooms in summer. Nice, quiet stay. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and we were centrally located for day trips to Nimes and other locations. The pool was very nice. I wished there were mini-fridges in the rooms, as storing cold beverages would have been a welcome option during hot weather.

A quiet retreat.

A quiet, comfortable retreat. Fantastic staff. Very nice restaurant. Somewhat secluded but an easy drive to many destinations.

Quaint, countryside Hotel has seem better times

We stayed here in 2003 and had a good experience and wanted to revisit in 2017. We enjoyed the open grounds, the peace, and the mistral winds blowing through the trees - a complete Provencal country experience away from the city hustle. We appreciated the location near the Vaclues & Luberon regions for exploring in our rental car. However, the experience in 2017 was a let down. We checked in and went to our room to find no A/C (over 100F/42C outside), no working internet or TV. They could have told us about the A/C and internet problems during check-in, but the staff lacks customer support skills. The A/C got fixed in a few hours, so we decided to stay. Only 2 people work both the hotel desk and restaurant waiting/bussing. In 2014, the restaurant used to be a jewel where people from Avignon used to come here and dine. In 2017, for dinner they mixed up our order, removing our plates eating mid-course. The breakfast in 2003 used to be a fabulous buffet with automatic juice squeezer, hardboiled eggs, etc. Now, it's sparsely stocked with basic continental items - you have to ask the staff when they run out of things. The fancy coffee maker helps a little. We did 'tolerate' it for the nostalgia and country experience, but rebooked after 2 nights - Expedia helped us avoid cancellation fees and the hotel was understanding. I'd only recommend this place for patient people who know some French language; you can coax a quite, French country experience out of it.

Un hôtel parfait vivement recommandé

Un très bel hôtel, très bien situé, très confortable avec un cadre très agréable et un personnel très avenant et professionnel que ce soit pour la partie hôtel ou restauration. Une ambiance exceptionnelle au restaurant avec la présence du chef qui cuit à la cheminée. Petit déjeuner copieux.
