Stay at The Cottage at Rendleman Orchards, a remodeled 2BR historic farm home on an 800-acre orchard. Enjoy queen beds, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and fire pit with views. Explore guest-only trails, a Secret Mum Trail, wildlife, and seasonal farm magic—peach season, flowers, apples, cider donuts & more. Minutes to Shawnee Wine Trail and Giant City. SPRING: Peach bloom (timing is weather dependent, lasts 1 week, typically in March); Apple bloom (timing is whether dependent, lasts 1 week, typically late March or early April)

SUMMER: Peaches – Late June to end of August; Nectarines – Second week of July to end of August; U-pick zinnias & cosmos, sunflowers

FALL: Apples – First week of September to Halloween. Fresh-picked apples in the market, also apple cider slush, apple cider donuts, u-pick mum field, u-pick autumn sunflowers, u-pick mums & pumpkin patch

WINTER: Peaceful season. Great for winter hikes in the woods. Snow or ice on the fruit trees is a magical sight.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM.
Rental agreement is required with ID verification.
Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited on this property. This includes all animals, except for legally defined service animals as permitted under applicable law. Emotional support animals (ESAs) and therapy animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted.

Any unauthorized animal brought onto the property will result in additional cleaning and/or damage fees and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 full roll of paper towels.

What an amazing spot! Perfect weekend getaway, close to several hikes in Shawnee and we enjoyed our time on the Rendleman Orchard. Came on a girls trip, but we agreed it would be a great spot for a weekend with our partners and kids. Will be back!

Anniversary stay

We didn't realize there would be no shade, so due to weather, wasn't able to be outside much. The kitchen was not as clean as I would have liked. Counter tops and stove had to be wiped before used. Someone's leftover food was left over in dirty microwave. Telescope was not able to be used due to lack of instructions. Overall, loved the cottage, reading the farm history and the homey feel. We were very impressed with the amenities! The property host was very reachable!
