Simple room, good for the price. It was actually pretty clean. Smelled a little like smoke, but it is what it is. You are near the highway, bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

For the price and convenience we stayed here on the way to and from our travel. They also have a very generous dog policy. The only drawback is the loud noise of the heat/AC system. There was a fridge and microwave and tv in our room. The fridge was not on, but did work when I turned the dial to cold. Nonetheless, for the price I could not complain at all.

The room and carpet were dirty (cob webs, thick dust, severe yellow stains on everything). The bathroom was gross with black mold on the tile; and, the towels were threadbare (you could see through them). We did not shower there. Bed linens were ancient to say the least - but, the sheets appeared clean. My daughter and I did not feel safe. People were screaming on one side and partying on the other.

The room was certainly dated. I have stayed at this location many times over the years but is has been years,since my last stay and found the pricing to have out-paced any upgrades. The old non-functioning heaters are still in-place in both the sleeping area and bathroom and look terrible. The heat and ac are provided by a small through-the-wall ac/heatpump that worked well but the location caused the blower noise to compete with the television. The television was a newer flat screen with a good picture, but whenever it was turned on, i had the change the input for hdmi1 to hdmi2 on the tv itself, the remote would not bring up input settings. The telephone did not work. I had to call the front desk on my cell phone. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows were ridiculously small. It appeared that a throw pillow sized pillows were used and the standard size pillow cases were folded in to give the appearance of fitment..very uncomfortable for sleeping or watching tv in bed. After tax etc., I payed $190 + for two nights which is too much considering the dated nature of the room and mentioned issues. There exterior was ok, parking good, location good. Unfortunately, after 20 years of staying there, for the rates now being charged, I will pay a few dollars more and stay somewhere that offers modern features and amenities.

It was okay to stay in for one night. It was very roomy, with big furniture pieces. I was not sure about whether to shower in the little shower stall the room has. Bathroom should probably be updated. Bathroom fan was very loud so i couldn't keep the light on in there with for slightly open, so i could see if i woke up in middle of night. I ended up laying a towel around the wass lamp by bathroom to cutdown light, but did not cover the open top.
