Laundry room with washer, dryer, ammenities and 1/2 bath attached. Attached back room/mud porch with storage, coat and shoe closet, and gun cabinet. Three car garage, out buildings and plenty of space to park trailers, ATVs, camper etc. Fourty acres to explore on foot or on an ATV.
