Upon arrival the front desk couldn’t find our reservation but they did eventually. Upon check out there was no one at the counter so I dropped the key in the box. The breakfast was decent with good number of choices. The room was average. The tv remote volume control did not work. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice with good pressure. The AC wall thermostat did not work but there was controls in the AC itself.

The only thing that could be improved is the pool. It needs some cleaning and the hot tub isn't a hot tub.
