Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Please wash dishes/dispose of all food from the refrigerator
Take out trash to the blue dumpster
Place used towels/linens in hamper
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quiet Hours are between 10 pm-9am No Smoking inside the cabin. Only one pet (dog 50lbs or less) No cats allowed- No Parties allowed
additional $20 per dog per day per stay. If damage Repairs at your expense Animals outside of the cabin must be on a leash/controlled at all times
Hot water heater is small. Please don't run the hot water too long without using the shower. The community is on well water. NOT city water.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay! The bed was super comfy upstairs, my kids loved the day bed and the kids a loved the ducks. We even went to get them duck food so they could feed them. They were super friendly. I will be staying here again.
