All as above for my second visit on this trip. Unfortunately a reservation for a room at this hotel scheduled for June 9th was seemingly spontaneously cancelled, obligating me given the late hour of my arrival to stay at the very expensive Comfort Hotel at the CPH airport. I would speak with Travelocity further on this matter given time.

The location is alittle isolated. As long as you are happy to use the train access to Copenhagen is relatively easy . More over night business hotel

Great place for our one night in Copenhagen right next to the train station and easy to the airport. Bathroom was very basic but otherwise a nice place. Beds comfortable.

Does the job

If you are looking for somewhere basic and convenient for a short stay in Copenhagen then look no further! Location wise it is excellent, only a short five minute walk to the nearest train station where you can access not only the centre of Copenhagen but travel to Sweden as well! The staff were also fantastic. Every single staff member was wonderful; so friendly and helpful. If you are looking for somewhere the offer is more than a bed and breakfast, then this is not for you. It was fine but could have used a bit more due care and attention in the cleanliness department. Breakfast was also very limiting, I wasn’t expecting a full English but there was very little variety on offer, which was a shame. You can hire bicycles from here and they will hold your bags before you check in and after you check out should you wish to explore the area more. Overall, it was fine for what we needed, but next time I will pick something with better amenities.

I wrote a much lengthier review which was apparently private, and I'm out of time. Simply put this is a jewel of a hotel. We loved it, the property is clean and fun and different with an interior entry way, breakfast was fantastic, and the staff are ultra friendly and helpful. 5 Stars no hesitation.

Reasonable, but needs improvements..

Hands down, staff is amazing, however I am scratching my head how this hotel is rated excellent on rooms. The shower was above the toilet and sink and was at best 2x3. The carpet was stained and when I walked in, the room smelled of cigarettes and cologne. On a positive, it’s only one stop from the airport, but if you are carrying a lot of luggage, be forewarned there is a rocky dirt path you’ll need to cross. There are no toiletries, no ac and windows didn’t stay open, you have to pay for coffee, and the breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about. On a positive, for the price, it was only to stops away from city center, however the building needs some improvements.
