Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. The couch was very outdated and we needed to get pillows for un der the cushions to be able to comfortably sit on it. The pool area was very nice and our family enjoyed it a lot. We are going back Feb. 13 - Feb 16. I do hope we have a more updated room this time, so my daughter and family can visit us comfortably (hopefully a more comfortable couch and chair) sit and visit. There was a very nice breakfast in the morning, enjoyable, good coffee.
