Both the kickback and breakfast times were busy as usual but there seemed to be little to no staff cleaning tables or emptying trash. One elevator was broken during our stay but they did their best to work around it and even allowed us to keep our booking even though they had tried to contact us to cancel due to the elevator issue.

Didn’t like waiting for elevator since they had only one elevator in a completely booked hotel. Our room was right near highway and semi noise was very loud. Bathroom Setup in room 519 was strange needs updated. Maybe we were spoiled with Springfield mo drury stay the night before they had a beautiful walk in shower and was spotless. other than that service was great
