The parking situation was frustrating and not explained adequately. We were given key cards that did not work, were given 2 more cards, one worked on the room but neither worked on entrance doors - I had to come in the front entrance every time. The room issues; one light flicked on then went back off, the toilet seat was loose, the shower handhelp mount fell off during my shower. Breakfast was advertised as cooked fresh, made to order and ended up being a mediocre buffet. Had to wait in line for about 15 minutes to check in. I reserved a King bed was given a room with 2 queens. I was asked if I wanted a room on the 6th or 5th floor, I said 6th, we were given one on the 5th. It was a nice room. I expected nicer room with no hassles in a Luxury Hotel at that price.
