The room wasn’t clean - floors hadn’t been swept or mopped and the toilet was dirty. I reported it to the night manager who stated they’d check on compensation the following day, to leave my number, and they would call me. I never received a call and was not compensated in any way. Overall the hotel has potential, but the staff doesn’t care about a positive guest experience.

Absolutely spotless room and property. Clean, well maintained, and smells fresh. Hotel wanted to charge me $50 per their policy for my mini dachshund. I argued I booked this property through Expedia which showed $10 per fee. I offered them to charge me and I would dispute with Expedia and my bank - if they have a discrepancy, they should update their info with Expedia. They honored the $10 for my visit. Definitely will be back - hotel is in a great quiet area and the rooms are fantastic size and comfort.

Nice spacious, clean room with full kitchen. Very new, always a bonus. Walls and floors are a bit thin. Someone was stomping around above us as late as 1 a.m. That sucked. Also, absolutely terrible pillows -- completely wimpy, almost useless, unless that's how you like your pillows. (I'm a Temperpedic-type pillow person) But otherwise, all good, would stay again, would just bring my own pillow.
