Hôtel authentique, calme sauf rue côté montagne, le personnel se donne corps et âmes pour répondre aux besoins de la clientèle. Dommage manque d’entretien cruel salle de bains ( joint bac de douche etc…)

Je suis très dessus et ne recommande pas cette hot

Chambre avec deux lits simples au lieu d'un lit double annoncé. Chambre très mal nettoyée voir pas nettoyée du tout à part la salle de bain. Le sol en moquette pas aspiré depuis un moment. Les radiateurs pleins de poussières et de morceaux de papiers collés dessus. Pas de prise fonctionnelle pour un lisseur dans la salle de bain. Chambre très mal isolé phoniquement. Aspet extérieur de l'hotel très délabré surtout côté parking arrière. Accessibilité du parking difficile, non sécurisé et manque de places de parking. Petit déjeuner correct.

Très bon séjour passé en famille Nous avons séjourné une petite semaine à l’hôtel. La cuisine de l’hôtel est très bonne, un menu différent est proposé chaque jour. Personnel super sympathique, (accueil, bar/restaurant ainsi que le personnel de chambre)

Het verblijf in dit hotel was op zich goed. Een ontzettende tegenvaller was dat we niet konden dineren s avonds omdat we dat niet gereserveerd hadden. Maar tijdens het boeken van het verblijf wordt je daar NIET op gewezen. Wij hadden net bijna 700 km achter de rug met de auto, kwamen om half zeven s avonds aan in het hotel en mochten daar dus NIET eten omdat we dat niet gereserveerd hadden. Ze waren daarin niet toeschietelijk. Tijdens het hoogseizoen kun je wel zonder reservering eten, maar buiten het hoogseizoen dus niet. Ze gaven wel toe dat je inderdaad NIET ziet tijdens het boeken dat je het eten s avonds moet reserveren. Je moet ze dus bellen om het te regelen. Beetje vreemd is dit allemaal wel.

Reine Amélie .. la fin d'un règne !

Ah ! quelle était belle l'époque ou les clients/curistes ne demandaient rien. Pour le prix d'un Ibis Paris Tour Montparnasse, avec des lampes sans ampoules, literie napoléonienne, déco renaissance, peinture rupestre et nettoyage subliminal. Bon séjour tout de même, la région est propice à l'évasion.

J'ai pris 3 chambres pour toute la famille. La chambre 111 avait la moquette trempée d'eau dégageant une odeur désagréable. Les murs étaient attaqués par l'humidité à certains endroits. Pour la chambre 117 la douche fonctionnait pas, impossible de régler la température de l'eau. La chambre 115 avaient des moisissures sur les murs. On est arrivés tard le soir et fatigués on n'avait pas la force de nous plaindre on voulait juste se reposer. La réceptionniste ce jour là ne nous a pas indiqué qu'il yavait un parking propre à l'hôtel on s'est garé en face sur une sorte de parking qui donne sur un courant d'eau. Elle nous a dit que c'est OK de se garer là-bas en omettant de nous parler du parking de l'hôtel plus sécurisé. On a donc dormi avec une inquiétude qu'on se fasse voler nos affaires restées dans le coffre des voitures. Lors de notre départ le matin j'ai eu la surprise de devoir payer une des 3 chambres alors que les 3 chambres ont été réglées sur hôtels.com lors de la réservation. Bref tout ça pour dire que je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel même si c'est juste pour une nuit.
