Room was nice. Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub were nice. Could use an automobile charge station, work out room , and a little more hospitality and responsiveness around the place, (had to ask for pool towels) but nothing lacking For a 3 star.

Check-in went well. We arrived before 3 pm. The lady said we couldn't check in, but the gentleman said we sure could since our room was ready. The pool was very warm, but the pool room was freezing cold. The towels were all damp and hard to dry off. The hot tub was out of order. Then, at 5:30 am, the fire alarms were all going off. They didn't have anyone directing, and several of us were outside standing in the cold. Others came out to say it is a malfunction of the system, no need to be outside. If the price is right, we could come back.

Fire alarm went off at 4am. We went outside to wait for it to turn off. Ended up sleeping in the car. There was no effort from staff to say it was all clear.

Upon checking in tried to use hallway restroom, handle was not engaged and prior guest had left it unusable, obviously been that way for days. Notified front desk, he gave me my room key so I could use the room before checking in. Very nice! After checking in and getting all my belongings in and settled for the night, started noticing heater smelled like smoke, air registers were covered in THICK LAYER of dust. Breakfast: Eggs and Sausage Gravy were in warmer, it was on, but it wasn't working. They were both COLD at 8:30 am. I told the guy, he checked them and walked away. Luckily there were other options, like waffels that worked for us guests. Nobody wanted food poisioning as breakfast opened at 6 am. Air vents above breakfast buffet were worse than ones in room. Bed was comfortable, furniture was nice. Just needs a really good DEEP CLEANING as well as VENTS & CARPETS.
