Clean rooms & great breakfast!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was great and the hot breakfast was an added plus. It’s not far from Iowa State. Would definitely stay here again when in town for a game

I stay here mainly for work and it’s always a great place to stay. This time I was in town for a family matter and multiple members of our family stayed here too. Some used the gym, which they liked. Also there are multiple areas to run outside which was nice for the runners of the family. We gathered in the lobby area a night and the area was big enough to accommodate our big family. We all would stay here again.

We only spent one night here. We happened to be talking about pet names when we were checking in, and the desk gal chimed in with a “funny” story about the racist name her son gave his black cat. Oooookaaaaay…. No thanks. The beds were nice, and the room was clean, but some idiots above us started thumping around doing god knows what at 2am. Unlucky? No sound insulation? A mixed bag stay.

Well maintained hotel not the ritz but definitely not a motel . Friendly staff .dollar tree and gas station / store very close . Definitely need transportation to get to university/ downtown area but very safe and for the price worth it .
