Not as advertised

It’s advertised all over their site that they have a meet and greet at the airport , but that wasn’t the case even after I called them 2 times prior to arrival. Hotel is old and it shored in the room conditions. No towels in the bathroom It’s BYO I guess. Be careful of the door stop in front of the toilet, you can bang your toes. If it wasn’t for the friendly lady at the front desk that worked there in the morning , I would’ve given it lower rating.

We got a room at the Amman Airport Hotel for one reason: we were coming off of three days of camping in Wadi Rum and wanted a room and a shower for 12 hours before our 2 am flight departed. The hotel was perfect for that. The rooms are a little tired and didn't seem to have enough towels, and the hotel restaurant that was almost impossible to locate. But we got our showers and naps, and the free shuttle to the hotel after midnight was a perk.
