When i checked in I was transfered to another hotel nearby because they had a water problem. The staff helped me find a taxi to get to the other hotel.

Hotel familial, au deuxième étage d'un immeuble, très proche du centre et de nombreux restaurants et cafés. La chambre étais spacieuse et confortable, et le wifi marchait plutôt bien en général. Un peu bruyant la nuit pendant le week-end.

Filing a fraud claim, roaches, images are not true

They moved our room because of water damage for the first 3 nights to a terrible hotel where we were in the basement. Then we stayed at a different place to avoid staying a the terrible place and we were told we would not be charged for. They illegally charged my card for the entire amount including the nights we could not stay there. I now am filing a fraud claim against them with my credit card. There was a roach in our room. We were locked out twice because they close the elevator. TERRIBLE PLACE. The woman wouldn't respond to any of my messages. DON'T STAY HERE EVER. Oh also we had 2 single beds pushed together. Not what was pictured.

We booked a non smoking family room 2 nights for three of us over a month before we arrived. When we checked in, the owner told us that our room are in repair for no water. She offered me two rooms which I thought it should be ok but the my room had cigarette smell, so bad that I couldn’t sleep. What made it worse was the noise from the street was so loud. We had to check out the next day and find some place else to stay and we already paid for the rooms. If they informed us prior to our arrival, we would have cancelled the reservation. BTW they don’t accept Visa card.

It’s good

The hotel is located just steps from Rainbow Road which is quite lively at night. There is a bit of traffic noise day and night but it didn’t bother me. Next to restaurants and shops. Good location

good location and quiet but dirty

Location ok not too far from the city center, surprisingly quiet hotel and area, just some noice from the street but not so much traffic noice. Room dirty, carpet had not been cleaned for a long time. Water coming to bathroom floor from the shower, little place for clothes in the wardrobe, and for some not understandable reason no socket neither in the toilet nor near the mirror - why in the earth not? Breakfast very poor. Wi-fi mostly not working. Too expensive for this quality.

Good stay thanks to very collaborative management

Even if confirmed by "Hotels.com" some days before arrival there, we didn't find the room booked in the hotel. Manager and her collaborators well solved the problem by granting 3 nights (instead of 4) in the hotel and 1 night in a very close and higher class hotel.

너무 시끄럽다. 길가에 있어 새벽5시까지 바깥에서 떠들고 노는 소리에 잠 한숨 못잤다. 방음도 전혀 안된다. 침대 시트도 빨지 않고 재사용한듯 너무 더럽다.

Good location, friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, if basic, rooms. Decent bathrooms (not a given in this part of the world!). Good value for the price. Excellent location for visiting tourist attractions or downtown; if you are a business traveler, you will need to take taxis to get to your meeting locations most likely, but the business areas of Amman are pretty boring at night, so it's probably worth it to stay downtown and get a better sense of the city.

Not horrible, great location!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights. We chose it mostly because of the location which was great. The hotel was just okay. We weren't expecting luxury but it was dirtier than we expected. The shower was a problem because it was difficult to avoid getting the whole bathroom floor wet when using it. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall we thought we could have found something better for the same price.

Nice and Convenient Hotel

Enjoyed our two night stay here. Very friendly and nice family run hotel to stay in and biggest plus is that it's super conveniently located, right at the start of Rainbow Street. The rooms are very clean and well maintained.
