This is a 2-room accommodation - it can be used as a 2-bdrm with no living room or a 1-bdrm and a living room (please read the description below).

Our apartment is a non-smoking accommodation. Please acknowledge house rules before you book.

There is a modern kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dinnerware, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster/panini press. There is no cooktop due to the rules in the city of Amsterdam.

We offer flexible check-in/check-out, online and in-person local assistance so you will never feel like a tourist.

Location
A beautiful & spotless 2-room apartment in the UNESCO World Heritage Canal district, tucked away on a quiet street yet within walking distance from major attractions (Museum district, Rembrandt House, Dam square). Around the corner is Utrechtsestraat, a lively street that has been around since 1658. You can check out some of the best stores, cozy cafes, and trendy hotspots in town.

Description
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (equivalent to 2nd floor in the US) of a 19th century building. The apartment has two spacious rooms:. one has a queen size bed and opens to a beautiful balcony overlooking charming historical Amsterdam houses; one room faces a very quiet street with typical 17th century buildings, it has a comfortable daybed that converts to a queen bed (with regular mattress), dining table with 4 chairs, and TV.

Newly renovated luxury bathroom and a laundry closet with washing machine. Drying rack is provided.

Museums
Some museums like the Anne Frank House or the Van Gogh Museum require advance reservation. Tickets for a specific day/time slot can only be booked online. We suggest you check their website to ensure you get the most out of your travel experience.

Bel Appartement dans un quartier Ă  proximitĂ© du centre d’Amsterdam

Bon sĂ©jour pour une famille de 4 personnes dans l’appartement, accueil efficace de Tjerk, conseils sur les lieux oĂč sortir, manger, s’approvisionner Ă  proximitĂ©. L’appartement est situĂ© idĂ©alement assez loin du centre d’Amsterdam touristique et bruyant mais pas trop non plus avec les principaux lieux du centre accessible Ă  pied et par les transports facilement. La dĂ©co est sobre mais agrĂ©able, les Ă©quipements sont de qualitĂ©. La douche mĂ©riterait cependant un coup de frais et le salon n’a pas de rideaux occultants donc lever matinal avec la lumiĂšre du soleil si vous dormez la. Au final un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour de 3 jours pour notre famille ici, nous recommandons.

La maison est vraiment trĂšs bien situĂ©e, au coeur d'Amsterdam ou il est tellement agrĂ©able de pouvoir tout faire Ă  pied, et cela mĂȘme avec des enfants de petits ages. Les musĂ©es sont Ă  un peu plus de 20 mn, le centre Ă©galement et le quartier est en plus vraiment trĂšs trĂšs agrĂ©able. Tjerk nous a reservĂ© un tres bon accueil, et nous a mĂȘme proposĂ© de garder les enfants un soir , en toute confiance ! encore merci !

Great place, in the heart of the city, very comfortable and charming welcome

With my 2 daughters, we spent 4 days in Amsterdam and appreciated a lot our travel. The appartment is very comfortable and you truly can live as Amsterdam people ! The nearest supermaket is only at 2 mn by foot, all the famous museums, good restaurant (indonesian, italian, french,...), Anne Franck House,... everything easy to access. Tjerk and Esther are so nice and give you the advice you need to discover this beautiful city of Amsterdam. Many thanks to them. Hope we'll come again.

Terrific pleasant and safe location on cute, quiet side street near coffee shop and restaurants. Apartment looks much nicer than the pictures on website. Excellent communication prior to visit. Host very kindly got up early on his day off allowing us to check in prior to posted checkin time as our overseas flight arrived in the early morning. Close to museums, sights, grocery stores and transportation. Host kindly arranged a taxi to the train station when we left for our next destination.

Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Man kann alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon wirkte etwas vernachlĂ€ssigt, allerdings waren wir auch zur Winterzeit da. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die KĂŒche keinen Herd oder Ofen enthĂ€lt. Wenn man nicht vorhat zu kochen reicht die Ausstattung aus.

Location in central Amsterdam was ideal for us as everything was within walking distance: restaurants, grocery, tram, metro, etc. Popular tourist attractions were within a 20 minute walk or a short tram ride away. Glad we did not come with a car-parking would have been a hassle and it really isn't needed to begin with. Property was clean and on a quiet street. Owner was accommodating and responsive. Getting there and check-in instructions were clear. Washing machine and drying rack were available for laundry. Microwave and hot plate but no stove - it did not impact us since we ate out most of the time. Enjoyed our week-long stay!

The apartment was in a great location and with in walking distance to most sites as well as the metro and tram stop. You can't cook in the apartment which wasn't an issue for us but if you are planning on making stuff there is only a microwave. There is a Nespresso machine but you will need to pick up your own pods. The owner said there were a few in the pantry from the last guest but suggested we purchase more. I feel like this is something that should be provided to guests but that's just my personal opinion. The owners live directly upstairs so if that is an issue for you it's just something to note. We never even saw them and the building itself was quiet. Our son did mention noise at night from the street but not a huge issue. There is a door that separates the kitchen/living/extra bed area and the main bedroom so privacy isn't an issue if you have a teenager but there isn't a couch so if your hanging out you are sitting on their bed.Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this location but just wanted to add some additional notes if you are thinking about booking.
