I do wish the room was a bit larger to move around in, but overall it was clean, quiet and aesthetically pleasing. All important to me.

From the moment I arrived, the attentive staff, led by the capable management team, made me feel welcomed and valued. The hotel's elegant ambiance, coupled with its prime location near Vondelpark, provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable stay in Amsterdam.
The General Manager's (Maaike Slok) leadership was evident in every aspect of my visit, from the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms to the seamless coordination of services. Their commitment to excellence permeated throughout the entire establishment, ensuring that every guest received top-notch hospitality. Fantastic experience at Park Plaza Vondelpark. Every staff member we met was friendly, kind and helpful. The environment was clean, smelled lovely and felt modern. Being greeted with a drink on arrival was much appreciated, and the food in the bar was delicious. We really enjoyed walking through Vondelpark daily and the fact the hotel was so easy to access via tram when our feet were tired. I would highly recommend, thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Plaza Vondelpark Hotel during my visit to Amsterdam, and I cannot praise the experience highly enough. From the moment I arrived until my departure, every aspect of my stay was characterized by exceptional service and genuine hospitality.
Maaike Slok, the General Manager of Park Plaza Vondelpark Hotel, leads by example with her unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Under her leadership, the hotel operates seamlessly, and every guest is made to feel valued and welcome.
Gustavo and Radu, two of the hotel staff members, deserve special recognition for their outstanding service. Their warm welcomes, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made my stay truly memorable. Whether I had questions about local attractions or needed assistance with arrangements, Gustavo and Radu were always there to help with a smile.
I was also impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail in my room, thanks to the efforts of Kamilia, the housekeeping supervisor. Kamilia and her team ensure that every guest room is immaculately maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for visitors.
Overall, my experience at Park Plaza Vondelpark Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Maaike Slok, Gustavo, Radu, Kamilia, Ayahoria, Ingrid♥️💐🌹😍✨🦋

Maria, Gustavo, Radu, and Marshal, the day and night managers, the Hotel Manager, were incredibly attentive and accommodating throughout my stay. Kamilia and Ayahoria, the housekeeping supervisors, ensured that my room was always immaculate and welcoming. Their dedication to providing top-notch service truly stood out, making my stay memorable and enjoyable. I highly commend the entire team for their professionalism and friendly demeanor. It’s very pleasant to see them attentive and always ready to help with a Smile. Specially housekeeping Supervisor Kamilia deserves special recognition for her leadership and dedication to maintaining a high standard of service. Her proactive approach in overseeing the operations ensured a seamless and enjoyable stay for all guests. We (family, of 2 kid) had a fantastic stay at Amsterdam's Park Plaza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the hotel's decor and friendly front desk staff. Our room was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers, and a scale. Loved the details such as Elemis toiletries and soft wool throw on the bed. The hotel's convenient bike rental option allowed us to explore Amsterdam like locals. Located in a beautiful area right in front of Vondelpark, the hotel was ideally situated for a 20-minute walk to the museums and easy access to all the city's attractions. Park Plaza Hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxed and enjoyable stay in Amsterdam.
