We booked a suite - it was nothing like the pictures online (and had a terrible view of another building) - they moved us to a small room with a great view - no offer of refunding the difference of the cost from the suite. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have had in a hotel, and the pillows were worse. We loved staying in that area, so we would def. stay up in that end of Amsterdam again.

We liked our spatious room. The king size bed had a very comfortable mattress. There was a coffee maker and a kettle. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and its variety. Hotel located 10-15 min walking distance to the central station, 25 min to the Dam square.

This is a great property to stay if you’re visiting Amsterdam. It is away from things but Amsterdam is very walkable so it really doesn’t make that much of a difference. Great for the price and quality of the hotel. I will stay here again when I come to Amsterdam.

I loved this property, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. My room was clean and spacious. The views from my room were amazing!! The little extra touches liked the mini Stroopwaffles everyday in a jar and also these wonderful jellied candies. I looked forward to returning every evening to those sweet offerings. Inwill definitely return again and again!!
