This Hotel was booked, as it had parking, and close to our area of work. We struggled to find suitable food or drink in the area, especially in the evenings, as the amenities seem to service a non Dutch population. All in all a good hotel and suitable for our needs.

I arrived late in the evening and the member of staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly. I had a twin room on the ground floor and it was clean with all the expectes amenities. I stayed 3 nights and the room was cleaned each day. Despite being on the ground floor near the main street it wasnt too loud at night. Breakfast was included as part of my booking and it was fresh with a large variety. The weekend manager of the breakfast was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful

Our room was double booked so they upgraded us to the XO City West. A better hotel and closer to town which appreciated. Area was safe and quiet but very few places around to eat. We walked into the city area, about 4kms, easy walk. Staff were very nice.

We found that the hotel was in a very convenient place because there were tram and bus stops only a couple of minutes away from it. The actual room itself was very nice and clean. The bed itself was very comfy and clean too, we didn't find anything bad or unclean. The vending machines in the lobby downstairs were also very useful. Overall we really enjoyed our 3 night stay there!! :)

The place was not suitable, far out - the area was not very appealing and we refused to stay and sought an aternative but never got a refund even though we made our concerns very known to the staff who went on to inform that we had stayed there - we left after an hour.
